Engineering, trading and construction company "ITG" Ltd was founded on the 13th of January 1992 in city of Smederevo. Professional attitude towards work and a remarkable level of organizational chart was acchieved in the early years and the company was mainly engaged in investment in construction industry. Because of professional work process and quality standards, after 3 years of existence, company entered the process of forming a complete civil construction operations within the company. Therefore, today the ITG company has 130 permanent employees, of which 20% of highly educated professional staff.

The company was founded in 1992 as a construction company that is primarily engaged in investment in construction industry.
Due to the need of implementing projects in higher quality and more efficient way, after 3 years of progress ITG has established its own engineering and construction workforce with employees of various profiles, graduate civil engineers, construction technicians and also the electricians, plumbers, carpenters, masons, concrete workers ... The company also approached acquiring of machinery, and today ITG has its own concrete factory, 3 transporting mixer trucks, pumps for concrete installation, trucks, tippers, cargo trucks, loaders, excavators, vibratory rollers, etc.
After 10 years in the construction industry and when company achieved great successes in this field, ITG Ltd established a subsidiary company which will be engaged in agriculture. Agricultural business now has cca 360 cows, treats 280 hectares of land and produces around 1,000,000 liters of milk per year. Milk is of highest quality, and a farm is one of the largest producers of raw milk in our district.
After 20 years of successful business performance and at the time when the Company portfolio counts 2 successful companies, CEO and founder of ITG Ltd Milija Barovic makes the decision to establish the third subsidiary company that will deal with the hotel industry. At this point, second generation of Barovic family joined the company, what makes this company a true successful family business.
A subsidiary company was established in hospitality industry in 2012. One year later Apart hotel "Vila Barović and SPA" was opened on Zlatibor mountain. It is 4 star hotel with swimming pool, SPA center and other amenities.
2015 Hotel company opened hotel "HERITAGE" in Belgrade. This hotel also has 4 stars and is a modern hotel for business guests, in which construction was applied joint energy efficiency and recent technologies in construction.
The ITG Company was awarded by many awards in the sphere of business activities of the company but also from social responsibility activities.
The ITG company has implemented the international standard for quality management ISO 9001 as well as the international standard ISO 50001 for energy management. Then ISO 18001 for Occupational Health and Safety and ISO14001 for Environmental management which further confirms that the company
